Job Description

Own on‑the‑ground brand activation at community events, retail promotions, and cannabis functions, turning consumer interactions into brand momentum.

  • Responsibilities: Front‑line brand ambassador at events and pop‑ups with Mint Cannabis product knowledge and professional presence.
  • Responsibilities: Create engaging content across Mint Cannabis channels aligned to brand voice and compliance, with live event capture for post‑event use.
  • Responsibilities: Collaborate with marketing on concepts, calendars, and promotional strategies to drive local awareness and audience engagement.

Requirements: 1+ year in marketing, events, cannabis retail, or related fields; comfortable on camera and in livestreams; able to obtain Facility Agent Card in Arizona; valid AZ driver’s license with reliable transport.

  • Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work flexible evenings, weekends, and some holidays; knowledge of AZ cannabis regulations and product landscape.
  • Requirements: Pass background/fingerprint checks; High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred: Coursework or certifications in marketing, communications, or related fields.
