Job Summary

Own in-person outreach to educate, enroll donors, and deliver a consistently positive guest experience while tracking enrollment records and hitting daily/weekly goals.

Community Outreach: Educate supporters and enroll donors through face-to-face conversations at events and partnerships.
Operations & Enrollment: Maintain accurate enrollment records and manage displays and materials at events.
Experience & Collaboration: Deliver a positive customer experience and work with teammates to achieve daily targets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Represent nonprofit organizations in a professional and engaging manner
Speak with members of the public through face-to-face interactions
Educate potential supporters about nonprofit missions and community impact
Assist interested individuals with completing recurring donor enrollments
Set up and maintain event displays and promotional materials
Maintain accurate enrollment records
Work collaboratively with your team to achieve daily and weekly goals
Deliver a positive customer experience while following company and client guidelines

Sales, customer service, hospitality, or event experience is helpful but not required
