Responsibilities

• As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent our clients directly to the public and help create positive, engaging customer experiences.
• Engage face-to-face with customers at events, retail activations, and promotional campaigns
• Introduce products, services, and campaigns in a clear, confident, and professional manner
• Answer customer questions and build genuine connections with the community
• Assist with campaign execution, brand awareness, and customer acquisition efforts
• Collaborate with team members to help achieve daily and weekly campaign goals

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or events is helpful but not required.
• Full training is provided.
