Job Description
Own local field marketing for Phoenix, building the brand through BA management, events, and local partnerships, while delivering consistent brand presence and on-field content for marketing teams.
- Field Execution and Local Market Growth: Execute local marketing plans and activations to drive awareness, trial, and repeat usage of Watermill Express.
- Brand Ambassador (BA) Management: Recruit, hire, train, and inspire a small team of Brand Ambassadors in the market; schedule, manage, and oversee BA-led activations and events.
- Event Execution & Community Engagement: Plan and execute local events, brand activations, samplings, and community engagements; identify local organizations and partnerships.
- Local Partnerships & B2B Development: Build local partnerships and drive outreach to potential B2B opportunities; execute partnership activations and distribute materials.
- Operations & Logistics: Manage event schedules, marketing inventory, setup and teardown, and maintain records of events and outcomes.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates, track event performance, and share local insights with the Field Marketing Manager.
