Job Summary

Drive and own Coffee Boss Brew’s local activations from planning to content, expanding to new markets.

  • Own end-to-end events, from setup to post-event analysis and content capture.
  • Strong hands-on execution and direct posting of content to reflect real-time activity.
  • Standout: startup, roll-up-your-sleeves culture with direct founder-facing ownership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Source, plan, and execute local and regional events: farmers markets, pop-ups, tastings, community partnerships, and sampling activations where product is sold on-site
  • Build and manage a rolling events calendar, handling logistics from booth setup to inventory to staffing
  • Represent the brand in person with energy and confidence. You are Coffee Boss Brew when you’re at the table
  • Track event performance: units sold, contacts captured, what worked, what didn’t. Every activation should teach us something
  • Identify new markets and venues for expansion beyond current geography
  • Capture content at every activation: photos, video, behind-the-scenes moments. The real stuff, not the stock-photo version
  • Work with our brand agency to ensure all content stays on-brand and aligned with strategy
  • Schedule and post approved content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and mentions with the brand’s voice
  • Support TikTok Lives and other real-time content opportunities tied to events and product drops

Preferred

  • Experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or CPG brand activation
  • Event planning or field marketing background
  • Content creation chops (you can shoot and edit basic video on your phone without a tutorial)
  • Experience with Shopify, email marketing platforms, or project management tools
  • You’ve worked at a startup before and know what it actually means when someone says “fast-paced”
