  • Lead omnichannel e-commerce marketing and partner with the e-commerce team to grow online channel performance and shift transactions to digital (Magento / headless commerce, B2C and B2B).
  • Own marketing analytics and revenue attribution; build and maintain dashboards that connect marketing activity to pipeline, sales, and ROI.
  • Direct the company’s digital presence (websites, SEO/SEM, paid media, and social) to drive traffic, engagement, and qualified leads, and manage outside agency and vendor relationships.
  • Prioritize marketing investment toward the highest-value channels (growing the service business and scaling e-commerce) while supporting parts, trailer, and truck sales across the brands.
  • Manage online reputation and customer reviews; drive programs that improve ratings, sentiment, and recognition across locations and brands.
  • Lead public relations and corporate communications: media relations and press releases, trade and industry press, community and sponsorship relationships, executive thought leadership, and crisis communications across the brands.
