Bilingual Marketing Manager - Full-Time (Onsite at Fremont, CA)

Responsibilities

• - Develop and implement the B2B marketing and communication strategy for Phihong on a global level.
• - Analyze marketing data to identify key insights, market trends, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the Phihong brand message in the power supply market.
• - Lead product marketing strategy, working closely with sales to identify and attract the right customers for new products.
• - Define product positioning and ensure alignment with the needs of target audiences.
• - Work closely with global teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing strategies.
• - Oversee integrated communications, media strategy, and plans.
• - Develop and manage marketing materials, including corporate and product-related collateral, website content, and social media assets.
• - Manage executive communication for the senior leadership team, including presentation materials.
• - Present ideas and final deliverables to internal sales teams and communicate with sales leaders about event implementation.

Requirements

• - Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• - Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate/marketing communications or public relations management, either in-house or with an agency.
• - Strong analytical skills and experience in market research.
• - Experience in public speaking and demonstrated project management capability preferred.
• - Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with sensitivity to international cultural differences.
• - Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese.
