Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and optimization of workflows and automation within a CRM system, helping streamline client communications and internal processes.
  • Learn and implement marketing automation strategies to drive engagement and support lead-nurturing efforts.
  • Write and edit email campaigns, text messages, mailers, digital ads, and other communication materials designed to drive action from target audiences.
  • Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and aligns with campaign goals.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to create engaging, action-oriented content.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends and support the implementation of new approaches.
  • Help analyze performance data to inform future communications and improve results.

Requirements

  • - 1–2 years of experience in communications, marketing, or related fields, with some familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages.
