Job Summary

Own client-facing project execution and relationship management within an agency setting, coordinating campaigns from planning through delivery and cross-team collaboration.

  • Account Management: Plan and execute campaigns, maintain client relationships, and deliver status updates.
  • Project Execution: Manage multiple projects from concept to completion within timelines and budgets.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Align with internal teams and partner agencies, and provide status and conference reports.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support client service functions working directly with a supervisor and internal teams to plan and execute advertising, branding, and/or marketing campaigns for client
  • Develop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of and passion for the client’s business
  • Conduct meetings with internal team, partner agencies, vendors, and clients, and provide status and conference reports
  • Report to Account Supervisor providing timely updates and ensuring the delivery of program elements with excellence
  • Leverage client-service skills to build strong relationships
  • Collaborate with brand strategy, creative, production, and project management team members within the agency and with other partner agencies
  • Demonstrate accountability for the management and execution of multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring client and internal team satisfaction by meeting timelines and established budgets
  • Support category and competitive monitoring efforts
  • Master client’s workflow processes including the use of tools such as Workfront, Smartsheets and Sharepoint
  • Develop an appropriate working knowledge of media discipline depending on client requirements

Requirements

  • Three to six years of advertising agency or marketing-related experience
  • Able to think on your feet and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication, written, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional and adept, with a fun spirit and a can-do/will-do attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, strategic communications, or marketing-related field preferred
  • Fluent in English/Spanish
