Job Summary

Drive admissions data analytics by tracking engagement, building dashboards, and turning data into actionable recommendations for print and digital communications.

  • Own data collection, KPI tracking, and visual reporting for admissions outreach.
  • Integrate ping and engagement data with systems to surface insights for campaigns.
  • Collaborate across teams to translate findings into updates for materials and campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of QR codes on admissions materials to inform student and advocate communications
  • Maintain and organize analytics data, continuously comparing and providing results for recurring meetings
  • Create and maintain visual performance reports from analytics data
  • Participate in and contribute to team brainstorming and development of new print and digital content creation.
  • Provide support in identifying print and digital communications which need updates and assist in maintaining team spreadsheets tracking progress.
  • Perform keyword research and analysis for admissions recruiting tools such as driving website traffic, Google analytics, AI search engines, etc
  • Create custom dimensions, metrics, and event tracking to capture unique data points
  • Collaborate with Admissions Associate-Systems & Data Operations to incorporate ping data into digital engagement data.
  • Monitor web ping and digital engagement data to provide relevant insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Respond to ad hoc data requests and support special Admissions initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree earned from Berea College within the last 2 years
  • Applicants with degrees in Business, Computer Science or Communications will be well-matched
