Job Summary

Build and grow CXG’s evaluator network by proactive campus and digital outreach, quality referrals, and onboarding advocates who drive participation in Evaluation Missions.

Outreach: Promote CXG through student groups, clubs, digital channels, and campus communities.
Referrals: Identify and refer people who reflect premium and luxury consumer profiles.
Onboarding: Support new evaluators as they join CXG and begin their first Evaluation Missions.

Responsibilities

Promote CXG through student groups, clubs, digital channels, campus communities, and your personal network
Identify and refer people who reflect the profile of premium and luxury consumers
Support new evaluators as they join CXG and begin their first Evaluation Missions
Act as a CXG advocate by sharing best practices and encouraging students to take part in the community

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older (21 years or older in the United States)
Current customer of premium and luxury brands
Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality
Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Observant and passionate about customer experience
No prior experience is required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers
