Responsibilities

• You’re able to manage smaller accounts or large programs within bigger accounts with little day-to-day oversight
• You proactively identify opportunities for clients, point out potential issues, set strategy for accounts and ensure both monthly and long-term goals are set and met for all accounts
• You have developed domain expertise critical to the practice that drives strategy for both existing clients and new business prospects and are able to articulate strategies steeped in domain knowledge to be perceived as an expert in your field
• You strive to do more than is required or expected in your role; without being asked, you do things for the client or team that help drive campaigns or programs forward
• You can successfully manage the profitability of an account, and understand how that fits into the broader agency financials
• You look for ways to think bigger and integrate interdisciplinary ideas (marketing, media, content, social, influencer) where it will advance the client’s goals and play the client-facing role while working behind the scenes with other team members
• You possess creativity and initiative, and you drive accounts with enthusiasm and organization
• You're the day-to-day contact for clients and have established strong rapport as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
• You're able to manage client expectations related to campaigns/media strategy to ensure they are realistic and achievable, and you're able to diplomatically and productively push back when they're not
• You effectively drive internal team meetings and client meetings
