Job Description

Responsibilities

  • - Support the planning and execution of ticketing and hospitality programs across a portfolio of live events in various states across the country.
  • - Manage ticket allocations, distributions, transfers, and fulfilment through designated ticketing platforms and systems.
  • - Maintain accurate guest lists, invitation trackers, RSVP reporting, and ticketing records, ensuring all information is up to date and error-free.
  • - Create, update, and distribute Know Before You Go (KBYG) communications, ensuring guests receive timely and accurate event information.
  • - Take ownership of updating internal documents, trackers, status reports, and planning tools, ensuring information is maintained accurately and communicated to the wider team.
  • - Communicate client updates, guest changes, and ticketing amendments quickly and efficiently to internal and external stakeholders.
  • - Attend regular team meetings, take notes, and take ownership of updating internal documents and project trackers in a timely manner.
  • - Contribute proactively to team operations by identifying opportunities to improve processes, organization, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy when maintaining databases, trackers, guest lists, and ticketing records.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, clients, partners, and guests.
  • Administrative or operational experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills, or a degree with a significant writing, communications, marketing, or similar focus.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to identify process improvements and support efficient ways of working.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively, manage competing deadlines, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities may change.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, while also being capable of working independently.
  • Experience supporting events, hospitality programs, or operational projects is beneficial.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
