Responsibilities

• Design and run invite campaigns that drive registrations and attendance for webinars, events, and executive dinners
• Write and optimize email outreach, LinkedIn messages, and multi-touch sequences targeting priority accounts
• Research target brands and build high-quality ICP lists for outreach and engagement
• Develop and test campaign angles, hooks, and messaging that capture attention and drive responses
• Collaborate with Sales to align on target accounts and convert engagement into qualified meetings
• Build a repeatable pipeline generation engine that consistently drives engagement and meetings

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, ABM, or outbound marketing
• Strong writing skills with experience crafting outreach emails, direct messages, and campaign sequences
• Experience running account-targeted campaigns that drive engagement or pipeline
• Data-driven and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with limited resources
• Strong curiosity about what actually drives engagement and pipeline

Preferred

• Experience in ad tech, martech, or eCommerce technology
• Experience working with high-growth startups
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, or outbound tools
• Experience leading and scaling acquisition programs
