Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Digital Content Management: Execute full-cycle content updates across the St. Olaf website (WordPress), ensuring all pages adhere to institutional brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and SEO best practices.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Act as a primary liaison for AAA/AA staff, providing professional WordPress support and coordinating updates to ensure departmental web presences are accurate and consistent.
  • Data Analytics & Insight: Monitor and analyze performance metrics across Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram; synthesize this data into actionable reports that inform future marketing strategies.
  • Brand Stewardship: Maintain a high level of detail-orientation to ensure "one voice" across all digital touchpoints, correcting inconsistencies and proactively suggesting improvements.

  • Digital Native: You are comfortable navigating various social media platforms and are interested in learning the nuances of various digital marketing platforms.
  • Reliable Self-Starter: You enjoy working independently, take initiative on projects, and pride yourself on being punctual and professional.
