Responsibilities

• Own tenant relations, leasing, and day-to-day property operations.
• Coordinate requests for repairs and maintenance and provide status reports.
• Interview prospective residents and show apartments; determine needs and occupancy terms.
• Complete leasing process agreements and prepare vacancy reports.
• Prepare annual recertifications and inspect premises periodically.
• Coordinate marketing and property promotions; maintain strong customer service focus.
• Provide organized communication and reports for properties assigned.
• Ensure leasing processes align with contractual obligations and budgets.
• Assist with marketing and promotions to fill vacancies.
• Maintain excellent organizational and communication skills to support operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing an apartment community and leasing.
• Demonstrated financial administration of budgets and operational review and analysis.
• Ability to exercise judgment and discretion.
