Job Summary

NA product portfolio ownership and GTM for a consumer durables channel, driving launches, pricing decisions, and lifecycle to grow profitably.

  • Channel leadership: own NPIs and line extensions from launch readiness through Phase-In/Phase-Out with quarterly portfolio reviews.
  • Go-to-market and pricing: set PCP with Sales and support annual channel plans to win retailer engagement.
  • Market insight: translate US/Canada market trends and competitor moves into actionable product recommendations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Product Portfolio Ownership
  • Support the North American product marketing strategy and NPD roadmap for an assigned channel that align with Blueair’s strategic growth pillars.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans
  • Lead and execute channel initiatives as part of the annual business plan, such as SKU extensions, commercial alignment and lead project management for OTIF.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle for the assigned channel — from launch readiness through Phase-In / Phase-Out (PIPO) decisions.
  • Own category-level P&L and work cross-functionally to ensure sustainable, profitable growth.
  • Serve as the product expert and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for the assigned channel.
  • Provide product training and launch support to cross-functional teams and customer-facing partners.
  • Innovation Launch Management
  • Lead launch management for new product introductions (NPIs) and line extensions within the assigned channel, ensuring launches are delivered on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or product management in a B2C environment, consumer durables or CPG categories is required.
  • Demonstrated experience owning a product portfolio or category, including launch management and lifecycle decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market and data analysis into actions
  • Solid commercial acumen with experience developing business cases or managing product-level P&Ls.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to leadership.
  • High degree of independence, resourcefulness, and personal accountability.
