Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The Master Storyteller: You’ll take a 45-minute webinar and turn it into five LinkedIn posts, a blog, a video snippet, and a sales one-pager.
  • Creative Asset Ownership: You’ll manage the "Source of Truth." You ensure every sales deck, website page, and one-pager is updated, polished, and reflects our latest and greatest features.
  • Bridge to Insurance & Customer Success: You’ll serve as the key liaison between our Insurance and Customer Success teams. You’ll listen to their needs and build the specific guides, renewal decks, and feature checklists they need to win.
  • Keep the Pulse: You’ll help monitor the competition and keep our "battle cards" fresh so the sales team is never caught off guard. Do the same for our target customers!
  • Work Smarter with Gemini: You’ll use Gemini to help brainstorm social hooks, draft email sequences, and summarize long-form reports into bite-sized content at lightning speed.
  • Content Production: Write blogs, create social media campaigns for brand and thought leaders (LinkedIn is our playground), and experiment with video to bring our TPRM narrative to life.
  • Sales & CS Enablement: You’ll manage the "how-to" guides and renewal assets that keep our customers happy and our sales team confident.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Support our Demand Gen team by creating the emails and collateral that move prospects through the funnel.
  • Brand Guard: You make sure everything we put out—whether it's a technical brief or a social post—looks and feels like Resilience.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in Cybersecurity or Enterprise SaaS, with a proven track record of turning complex products into engaging content.
  • Visual Design: Familiarity with Figma for collaborating with design teams and Canva for rapid, high-quality asset creation.
  • Video & Multimedia: Experience with video editing (e.g., Descript, Adobe Premiere, or Capcut) to create social snippets and product demos.
  • Social & Community: A deep understanding of LinkedIn and other B2B social platforms to drive engagement and narrative.
  • The CRM Engine: Comfortable navigating Salesforce to track how content influences the pipeline and to support sales workflows.
  • AI-Fluent: High proficiency in using Gemini (or similar LLMs) to brainstorm, draft content, and summarize research.
