Job Summary

Own and optimize large-scale Google Ads portfolios by improving campaign structure, bidding, measurement, and cross-functional delivery through experiments, analysis, and documentation.

  • Lead cross-functional delivery and experiments across engineering, data science, and operations.
  • Define and measure improvements to structure, bidding, and ROAS with clear success metrics.
  • Document decisions and maintain the experiment plan for scalable future work.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Use your Google Ads experience to identify improvements to campaign structure, bidding, target ROAS, keyword coverage, ad copy, and sitelinks.
  • Identify campaign improvement opportunities through analysis, testing, and deep knowledge of Google Ads.
  • Analyze campaign performance, investigate problems, and recommend actions based on expected business impact.
  • Work with Engineering, Data Science, Analytical Engineering, and Operations to turn opportunities into clear requirements and delivery plans.
  • Manage daily coordination: agree on owners and timelines, track dependencies, resolve blockers, and follow up on decisions.
  • Maintain the experiment plan, including hypotheses, success measures, launch checks, and results. Recommend what to expand, change, or stop.
  • Help improve measurement, dashboards, alerts, and campaign workflows.
  • Document decisions and findings so the team can use them in future work.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience directly managing and improving Google Ads campaigns across a large, complex portfolio, with multiple markets, high campaign volume, and automated bidding. You must have deep practical knowledge of campaign structure, bidding and target ROAS, keywords, ads, and performance measurement.
  • Evidence of Google Ads improvements you personally identified and delivered. You can explain what you changed, why, how you measured the result, and what you learned. General marketing, analytics, or platform familiarity alone does not meet this requirement.
  • Experience working with technical and operations teams to deliver improvements. This can come from a paid-search, growth, or performance marketing role.
  • Strong analytical judgment. You can assess test results, explain measurement limits, and connect campaign performance to revenue and profit.
  • Clear communication and reliable follow-through. You can organize work, make priorities clear, and keep several teams aligned.
  • An interest in developing product management skills, including problem definition, prioritization, and delivery planning. You must also be willing to own the daily coordination and documentation.

Preferred

  • Experience with portfolios representing $100M+ in annual Google Ads spend is preferred.
  • Previous Product Management experience is preferred but not required.
  • Microsoft Advertising experience is preferred but not required.

Benefits

  • Accelerated Growth Environment: An environment designed for swift skill and knowledge enhancement, where you have the autonomy to lead experiments and tests on a massive scale.
  • Top Tier Compensation Package: Competitive base, equity, and upside that tracks with your impact.
  • Flexible Time Off: Enjoy unlimited Flex Time Off, giving you the flexibility to manage your schedule and take time to recharge as needed.
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Prioritize your well-being with a comprehensive benefits package, featuring 401k, and premium Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance options.
