Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting, editing, and proofreading content for internal and external channels, including:
• Blog posts and short-form articles
• Website and intranet content
• Internal newsletters and announcements
• Employee spotlight features and culture-related content
• Help maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of communications
• Support basic content formatting and publishing across digital platforms
• Support internal communications initiatives that promote employee engagement and awareness
• Assist in coordinating content for company-wide updates, All Hands meetings, and internal campaigns
• Collaborate with team members to gather information and transform it into clear, concise messaging

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or related field preferred)
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
• Interest in content creation, storytelling, and internal communications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and collaborating with a team

Preferred

• Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Teams) is a plus
• Familiarity with Wordpress is a plus
