Job Summary
Own the operational backbone for marketing platforms and DAM handoff, owning process maintenance, platform testing, adoption support, and asset governance until the DAM integration lands.
- Operations ownership: Seismic and Wrike workflow maintenance, content publishing, intake forms, and project tracking.
- Platform testing: coordinate testing for platform enhancements, integrations, and system updates across Seismic, Wrike, DAM, and related tools.
- Adoption and governance: troubleshoot issues, maintain user docs, answer routine questions, and manage asset/version control before DAM integration completes.
