Responsibilities

• Support department projects that contribute directly to business goals
• Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare summaries or recommendations
• Assist with day-to-day tasks and operations needs within your team
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on assigned initiatives
• Participate in weekly check-ins with your manager
• Attend professional development workshops and networking events
• Deliver a final presentation showcasing your project outcomes and learnings
• Assist with development/implementation/assessment of strategic business-building projects
• Support the development of compelling advertising copy, media plans, and fully integrated marketing campaigns
• As part of visiting manufacturing plants, adhere to GMP to ensure product quality and maintain compliance with food safety standards

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field with a graduation between December 2026 and June 2028.
• Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to take initiative
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently, with or without an accommodation
