Job Summary

Own and optimize end-to-end email and loyalty campaign production, calendar alignment, and cross-channel execution to support growth and drive on-brand customer engagement.

  • Calendar & Cross-Channel Coordination: Maintain the integrated calendar and ensure alignment across Email, SMS, and loyalty touchpoints.
  • Loyalty & Creative Briefing: Translate strategy into briefs for Creative Services and ensure loyalty messaging is accurate and segmented.

Job Description

Own and optimize end-to-end email and loyalty campaign production, calendar alignment, and cross-channel execution to support the commercial plan and deliver on-brand customer experiences.

  • Own end-to-end campaign production across Email and loyalty program communications, including building, testing, QAing, and deploying campaigns in Bloomreach (ESP).
  • Build and maintain the integrated campaign marketing calendar in partnership with the Director, CRM and Loyalty, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and cross-channel alignment.
  • Build and update email mocks in Figma to reflect campaign structure, promotional strategy, and segmentation.
  • Lead the weekly Wall Walk meeting to ensure execution alignment and finalize email mocks for the team. Ensure campaign flow across any given week, timeframe and day is maximized for customer experience and supports commercial plan.
  • Manage and assign Subject Lines and Preheaders handed off from Creative Services, ensuring strong messaging to drive open rates and calls to action, accuracy and avoiding duplication.
  • Build email mocks for executive review for key promotional events.
  • Code HTML emails as needed for customization, personalization, and layout execution.
  • Manage creative asset collection and handoff, ensuring timely delivery and efficient file production.
  • Implement email linking strategy in partnership with the Site team.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline production processes and operations through automation and AI.
  • Execute loyalty program communications in alignment with the strategy and calendar managed by the Director, CRM and Loyalty, ensuring member offers, rewards campaigns, and loyalty-specific messaging are accurate, on-brand, and correctly segmented for the intended audience.
  • Partner with the Director, CRM and Loyalty to ensure loyalty campaign execution is aligned to the program calendar and member engagement strategy.
  • Own creative briefing for CRM and loyalty campaigns, translating campaign strategy and calendar priorities into clear, accurate briefs for Creative Services.
  • Ensure all briefs reflect correct offer details, audience segmentation, channel coordination, and brand requirements, serving as the accuracy checkpoint between strategy and execution.
  • Partner with the Director, CRM and Loyalty to maintain the loyalty and CRM campaign calendar, ensuring briefing timelines support deployment schedules.
  • Coordinate briefing across Email, SMS, and loyalty touchpoints to ensure cross-channel consistency and message coherence for every customer interaction.
  • Execute a detailed QA process across all campaigns and loyalty communications, ensuring correct creative, linking, tracking, segmentation, and personalization before deployment.
  • Analyze and report on campaign and loyalty communication performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, communicating insights and recommendations to the Director, CRM and Loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities to improve channel productivity and execution efficiency based on performance data.
  • Partner with Creative Services to manage the creative production process, ensuring timely delivery of assets and adherence to brand guidelines.
