Brand & Business Leadership
Support the execution of brand strategies that drive growth, margin, and brand equity on both the US and international businesses
Lead projects from idea to execution- keeping teams aligned on timelines, deliverables, and outcomes
Drive alignment across cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, Digital, Retail, Media, and Creative teams, as well as agency partner
Ensure consistent, high-quality brand execution across channels and touchpoints
Consumer & Market Insights
Champion the voice of the consumer, ensuring insights shape product decisions, marketing priorities, and brand strateg
Track category trends, competitive activity, and promotions to inform recommendations and planning
Brand Management Acumen
Understanding of modern brand building in a performance-driven, product-led business
Working knowledge of P&L fundamentals and how marketing decisions impact financial outcomes
Strong understanding of media strategy, creative development, and campaign execution
Collaboration & Influence
Ability to tell a compelling story about the consumer, the marketplace, and the business to leadership
Ensure partners deliver high-quality, on-brand work aligned with timelines and business goals
Serve as the subject-matter expert and primary point of contact for brand tactics across retail, creative, product, digital, channel, media, PR, sales, and international teams
