Job Description

  • Strategic Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and engagement metrics to evaluate effectiveness and inform marketing strategies. Interpret campaign, website, and performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization that impact customer engagement and program outcomes. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate performance insights to internal teams and senior management. Provide data-driven recommendations to recommend campaign optimizations, including adjustments to targeting, messaging, channel mix, and budget allocation, as well as identifying when to scale or discontinue underperforming efforts.
  • Community and Stakeholder Engagement: Provide support for community and customer engagement initiatives, including radio remotes, workshops, conferences, and experiential activations. Assist in maintaining relationships with community partners and stakeholders to help enhance outreach efforts.
  • Continuous Improvement: Create, enhance, document, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives across communications, customer outreach, marketing campaigns, and media efforts.
