Responsibilities

• - Drive strategic planning and execution of HCP marketing SjD initiatives and tactical plan that support brand objectives and management of agencies/vendors
• - Ensure SJD tactical execution, including messaging and creative, is rooted in the brand strategy and HCP insights and is pulled through across key channels
• - Partner with internal stakeholders and key agency partners to deliver against targeted scope of work
• - Manage HCP marketing budget and invoicing
• - Support internal review processes and work with external partners to ensure timely, compliant and accurate preparation of tactical projects
• - Partner with market research and analytics colleagues to ensure strategies and tactics are aligned to customer insights and optimized based on key performance indicators
• - Work cross-functionally with marketing teams, sales, training, Medical, Market Access, Patient Access Support Solutions and CASA to ensure executional alignment
• - Establish strong relationships and develop collaborative areas of shared interest with key stakeholders, including SJD experts, community rheumatologists and APPs
• - Be a product champion and cultivate expertise of SjD
• - Lead congress and medical meeting planning and execution at key events including ACR, CCR East/West and AWIR, supporting meaningful HCP engagement with SOTYKTU across the multidisciplinary treating community

Requirements

• - Bachelor's degree required
• - Minimum 5 years of industry experience (pharmaceutical/biotech or related agency)
• - Demonstrated ability to successfully navigate internal MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review processes
• - Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and project management skills
• - Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, clarity, accuracy and conciseness
• - Demonstrated ability to track and manage budgets effectively
• - Highly learning agile with ability to adapt to change in a dynamic launch setting
• - Track record of delivering strong performance in previous roles

Preferred

• - MBA or advanced degree a plus
• - HCP marketing experience preferred with successful track record of US product launch experience also preferred
• - Rheumatology or Immunology experience is a plus
• - Demonstrated ability to drive a culture of accountability, balanced with a keen ability for collaboration and working in a matrixed environment
