Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy, lifecycle plans, and backlog for Fertility offerings.
  • Must-have: 5+ years in product management or healthcare marketing.
  • Standout: manage agency partnerships, launch materials, and regulatory-compliant assets.
  • Lead media strategies targeting HCP audiences to drive reach and adoption.
  • Translate clinical data into differentiated value propositions and messaging for HCPs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional launch plans with medical affairs, market access, digital, and sales enablement.
  • Define and monitor product KPIs and drive data-informed optimization.
  • Ensure regulatory/compliance adherence for all promotional and medical communications.
  • Influence portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and media investments based on feedback.
  • Manage budgets, vendor engagements, and timelines; oversee contract deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years in product management, marketing, or related roles within healthcare/biotech/pharma
  • Role requires up to 30% travel

Preferred

  • Proven experience with launching HCP-facing products and managing portfolio products, leading cross-functional initiatives and external agencies; no direct reports required.
  • Strong project, portfolio, and vendor management skills; ability to align diverse teams toward common goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable roadmaps and media plans.
  • Knowledge of regulatory/compliance frameworks affecting medical communications, digital marketing, and medical publishing.
  • Experience developing and executing media strategies for HCP audiences (digital, print, events) is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with marketing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
