Job Description

  • Lead Regional Marketing Growth Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies translated to operational plans in the AMR East region to grow sales and profitability aligned with company priorities.
  • Regional collaboration and execution: Serve as the main regional marketing contact in AMR East and coordinate with regional commercial teams, regional marketing, and global central marketing teams.
  • Local market development and SOP consistency: Identify local market needs, craft region-specific plans, apply central SOPs and maintain brand tone across AMR East.
  • Feedback loop to global teams: Collect, evaluate, react to, and communicate field information to influence product development and commercial roadmaps.
  • Local pilot programs and global rollout: Pilot, incubate, iterate profitable local programs and implement global marketing programs in the region.
  • Campaign support and demand generation oversight: Support regional campaigns with budgets, KPIs, and demand-gen strategies.
  • Market insights and regional strategy alignment: Understand regional trends, short- and long-term opportunities, and coordinate with the central marketing team.
  • Channel and partner collaboration: Work with distributors and other channel partners to extend regional reach and impact.
