Job Summary

Own broader education and communications across HCP, patient, and institutional audiences with a launch-ready content and CRM focus.

  • Education and collateral: Build unbranded education and branded promos for multiple stakeholders.
  • Platform and assets: Lead a branded/unbranded comms platform for the lead asset with cross-functional buy-in.
  • Launch resources and CRM: Create launch resources and digital programs to engage HD stakeholders and inform decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop, create, and implement unbranded education and branded promotional materials for HCP, community, and institutional stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish a branded and unbranded communication platform for our lead asset
  • Lead creation of educational resources across HCP and patient stakeholders to support launch
  • Build and optimize digital and CRM strategy to enable effective communications that will engage and support key HD stakeholders
  • Inform strategic recommendations based on market and disease dynamics
  • Identify market research needs, align on market research plans, and translate findings into adapted strategic and tactical execution
  • Work and manage all vendors/agencies successfully and effectively
  • Perform other related duties as needed

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in business, marketing or science required
  • 10 years of pharmaceutical / biotech experience with a minimum of 5+ years in U.S. pharmaceutical marketing (pre-launch or in-line) or relevant experience
  • Experience in brand marketing/product management is required; product launch experience in rare disease preferred
  • Strong, team-oriented leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence, lead, negotiate and work effectively at all levels across the organization
  • Experience in successfully representing the commercial perspective during the regulatory/legal review of launch promotional materials
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical, communication and project management skills to effectively translate ideas and insights into actionable plans
  • Excellent organizational skills, sufficient to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Enthusiasm, confidence, ability to work on multiple tasks, problem solving ability, comfort in an ambiguous environment, and ability to prioritize effectively to meet organizational objectives
  • Ability to regularly commute into our Lexington location, as needed
