Job Summary

Own day-to-day Linear Traffic creative operations and lead the Traffic team, coordinating cross-functional campaign execution across audio, TV, streaming, and radio while partnering with Planning, Account, Creative Production, and outside partners to ensure timely launches and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day execution of Linear Traffic creative operations across multiple lines of business.
  • Supervise Traffic team members, balancing workloads, establishing priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Oversee creative trafficking, spot rotations, asset delivery, and implementation across audio, television, streaming and radio, and partners.
  • Support creative pre-clearance with network Broadcast Standards & Practices teams and resolve clearance issues to minimize campaign risk and delays.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for campaign execution issues, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive timely resolution.
  • Review traffic instructions, campaign schedules, and operational reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Partner with Media Planning, Investment, Account, Creative Production, and external media partners to coordinate campaign launches and creative updates.
  • Monitor campaign status, identify operational risks, and proactively recommend solutions to maintain successful execution.
  • Support process optimization initiatives by identifying workflow improvements and implementing operational efficiencies.
  • Maintain documentation, creative tracking tools, clearance grids, and trafficking resources to support campaign visibility and consistency.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in media operations, broadcast traffic, post-production, or creative asset management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams, mentoring talent, and improving operational processes within a high-volume advertising, media or entertainment environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in an extremely fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous campaigns across multiple lines of business.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems, drive cross-functional solutions, and influence key stakeholders.
