Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Set the vision and lead Naturium's influencer and creator marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with broader brand, product launch, and business objectives.
  • Own annual and quarterly strategic planning and the influencer programming calendar across launches, evergreen priorities, cultural moments, and brand-building initiatives.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the influencer marketing team by setting clear priorities, establishing effective ways of working, providing ongoing coaching, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
  • Identify, evaluate, and cultivate relationships with creators across all tiers, from micro and emerging influencers to macro talent and celebrities, with a focus on authenticity, brand alignment, skincare credibility, and long-term partnership potential.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with influencers, talent managers, agencies, dermatologists, estheticians, and other key opinion leaders across the skincare and beauty community.
  • Leverage a strong existing network within the creator and talent ecosystem to identify new partnership opportunities, deepen Naturium's cultural relevance, and expand the brand's reach.
  • Develop and oversee innovative, insight-led influencer campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, consideration, and conversion across paid, earned, and organic creator programming.
  • Lead the influencer strategy for creator events, trips, launch activations, and brand experiences, including talent and guest curation, programming, execution, and post-event amplification.
  • Lead partnership negotiations, including contracts, scopes, deliverables, exclusivity, usage rights, and overall investment, in close partnership with Legal and relevant cross-functional teams.
  • Own influencer marketing budgets and resource allocation, optimizing investment based on performance, audience insights, brand priorities, and business impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in influencer, creator, digital, or integrated marketing, with significant experience within beauty or skincare.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proven success setting and leading influencer marketing strategies and integrated creator programs that deliver measurable brand and business impact.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing, coaching, and developing high-performing team members and setting clear priorities across a growing function.
  • Strong established relationships across the creator, talent management, agency, expert, and broader beauty ecosystem, with the credibility to build trusted partnerships quickly.
  • Deep knowledge of the skincare landscape, including consumer trends, ingredients, creators, key opinion leaders, and emerging conversations.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems, content best practices, events and experiential programming, and evolving digital trends.
  • Experience managing meaningful influencer marketing budgets, negotiating complex talent partnerships, and optimizing investment against performance and business priorities.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and experience establishing KPIs, evaluating performance, and using influencer marketing and measurement platforms such as Creator IQ/Tribe Dynamics to inform decisions.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align partners at all levels.
