Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead data extraction and quality control from diverse marketing platforms and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Supervise analysts in deriving key findings and observations from data analysis, promoting clear and concise communication.
  • Develop comprehensive analytical plans, selecting methodologies, techniques, KPIs, and metrics tailored to business objectives.
  • Conduct assessments of client and third-party databases, processes, and vendors to optimize data management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless system integration and effective data management.
  • Manage external vendors, including research firms, media agencies, and service providers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to design and deliver actionable reports, meeting timelines and stakeholders' needs.
  • Spearhead marketing analytics initiatives as an Associate Director, Analytics & Insights, conceptualizing and delivering impactful strategies spanning opportunity identification, segmentation, and customer behavior analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or Computer Science (preferred), with 4-7 years of experience in Marketing Analytics or related fields.
  • Expertise in analytic solutions platforms (Tableau, PowerBI, Google DataStudio, Datorama) and digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Adobe).
  • Proficiency in data infrastructure development/maintenance, programming languages (SQL, MYSQL, NO-SQL, R, C#), and cloud storage solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with ability to communicate effectively.
  • Leadership abilities, including training/guiding junior team members and managing team deliverables.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with adaptability to navigate dynamic environments and complex business challenges.
