As an Associate Center Director, you will be developed through a structured, hands-on training program designed to prepare you to lead a Mathnasium Learning Center. You will gain real-world experience across all aspects of the business—working directly with families, leading teams, and driving center performance.

Training & Development
You will progress through four stages of development:

  • Instructor
  • Lead Instructor
  • Assistant Center Director
  • Center Director

Through this process, you will learn to manage the full operation of a center, including:

  • The Mathnasium Educational Methodology
  • Sales and enrollment optimization
  • Staff hiring, training, and leadership
  • Customer experience and retention
  • Community marketing and school partnerships

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new student enrollments through consultative sales conversations
  • Deliver an exceptional experience for students and families
  • Recruit, train, and lead instructional staff
  • Execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives
  • Support day-to-day center operations and performance goals

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2+ years of experience in business management, consultative sales, education, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills: active listening, relationship-building, and objection handling
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and accuracy
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
