Responsibilities

• Brand Management: Analyzes market trends and consumer behaviors to inform marketing and product strategies.
• Brand Management: Develops category strategies and conducts ongoing business analyses to align brand performance with business objectives.
• Brand Management: Collaborates with Insights to lead consumer research initiatives for targeting, product optimization, and brand development.
• Brand Management: Manages budgeting, coupon forecasting, and invoicing, while supporting legal approvals for external documents and contracts.
• Brand Management: Assists in creating sales presentations, implementing customer marketing plans, and distributing tools (e.g., videos, imagery, and sell sheets) for Sales teams.
• Brand Management: Engages in strategic meetings with Business Management and Sales to drive brand initiatives.
• Advertising and Promotion Management: Builds and maintains agency relationships, preparing internal and external brand presentations.
• Advertising and Promotion Management: Contributes to the development and execution of annual marketing plans designed to meet brand growth objectives, ensuring a cohesive image across advertising, packaging, and promotions.
• Advertising and Promotion Management: Provides feedback to agency partners and tests consumer messaging concepts to optimize campaigns.
• Advertising and Promotion Management: Collaborates with Sales to develop strategic partnerships with retail partners.

Requirements

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Marketing or related field and 3+ years’ relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
• Leadership: Experience acting as a lead by providing training, coaching or mentoring to less experienced staff or through managing a process or project.
• Data Proficiency: Strong quantitative and analytical skills required; experience with syndicated data preferred.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships required.
• Project Management: Skilled in prioritizing projects and delivering high-value, quality outcomes.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively and respectfully in dynamic, team-oriented environments.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required.

Preferred

• MBA in Marketing, or related field, and consumer marketing experience with a CPG company in food, preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed.
