Growth and insights: Analyze Circana data and other signals to identify high impact growth levers and share gains.
Cross functional launches: Lead product innovation, renovations, and sales support with speed and clear ownership of outcomes.
Planning and governance: Shape annual operating plans and marketing budgets and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Job Description

Assist ing in driving business performance, execute strategy and tactics, and deliver revenue, profit, and market share goals .
Analyz ing the business utilizing Circana data as well as other quantitative/qualitative data , demonstrating strong command of key growth and share drivers.
Present ing market analysis and actionable recommendations to grow sales and profitability.
Lead ing cross-functional teams to launch product innovation and renovations with speed and agility. This includes product development, sales support and owned content.
Lead ing execution of marketing plans to support continued #1 brand position in the marketplace.
Assist ing with preparation of annual operating plans and marketing budget.

Best fit for someone with 6 to 7 years in business experience, including post‑college roles, with a track record in brand or marketing strategy.
Requires strong analytical skills and experience delivering recommendations based on syndicated data (Circana experience preferred) and consumer insights.
Comfort presenting recommendations and aligning across all functions and levels, including senior leadership.
Demonstrated leadership and influencing abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
Experience in Health & Wellness or Consumer Packaged Goods is a plus.

Experience in Health & Wellness Industry, or Consumer Packaged Goods Industry (CPG) is preferred.
Circana data experience preferred for analytics and growth drivers.
MBA preferred.
