Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Work closely with the ACES SWAT team, Commercialization, and cross functional partners through project management and commercialization. Proactively manage multiple ACES projects, working with cross functional team members to identify solutions and deliver projects on time and at or above expected savings. Communicate project status, issues, and opportunities to the broader organization.
  • Effective Communication – Manage and prioritize projects to ensure that all cross-functional teams are aligned, prioritized according to business need, and resourced appropriately to ensure we meet expectations of key customers and stakeholders.
  • Program Leadership and Strategy – Work with Associate Director to build and establish the new Grocery ACES program, including structure, governance, communication, and internal training. Become an advocate for ACES principles and develop expertise in core margin expansion best practices. Support Annual Operating Plan and Long Range Plan development. Know the consumer and the competition inside and out – make decisions based on the unique needs of this consumer and/or category in order to protect core brand value and differentiation.
  • Business Analysis & Reporting – Provide ACES tracking, including in depth analysis of project progress and projected savings. Work with cross functional partners to track, manage, and capture progress and holistic savings across raw materials, operations, manufacturing and network efficiencies.

Requirements

  • BA required, (Marketing or Finance preferred); MBA a Plus!
