Job Summary

Own the day to day planning and vendor coordination for a traditional media sprint, turning audience targeting, budget flow, and competitive intel into actionable plans and post-buy analyses.

  • Planning & Execution: Define audiences, set budgets, and drive pre/post buy analyses.
  • Vendor & Asset Management: Lead vendor communications and manage insertion orders and ad ops traffic.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Draft cross team reporting and surface pacing improvements to managers.

Job Description

  • Planning & Execution: Assist media planning team in identifying target audiences and developing media strategies/plans.
  • Planning & Execution: Update media flowcharts/budgets.
  • Planning & Execution: Track competitive media activity.
  • Vendor & Communications: Assist with vendor proposal evaluations/vendor communications.
  • Media Buying Support: Work with internal buying teams to facilitate media buys/pre- and post-buy media analyses.
  • Execution & Ops: Lead insertion order creation in Prisma.
  • Traffic & Ad Ops: Lead traffic instruction creation and implementation with ad ops team.
  • Optimization & Reporting: Monitor campaign pacing and come to managers with optimization recommendations.
  • Measurement & Reporting: Draft reporting presentations with oversight from measurement team and managers.
  • Campaign Setup: Create in-platform campaigns to be reviewed by managers.
  • Vendor Management: Own vendor communication throughout planning process start to finish.
  • Asset & Traffic Management: Work with planners, supervisors, and traffic managers to facilitate asset trafficking, request ad specs, and traffic campaigns.
  • Platform Setup: Setting up campaigns in buying platforms such as Meta, Twitter, YouTube, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Learning & Trendspotting: Constantly learning from planners and supervisors to gain an understanding of the media landscape, while bringing his/her/their own thinking and ideas to the process.
  • Industry Trends: Follow industry and culture trades to spot trends that can be shared out with team
