Assistant Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in preparing presentations, and update informative publications such as resumes, company brochures, presentations, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
• Help coordinate and collaborate with marketing team to respond to RFQs and RFPs in a professional, timely manner.
• Help plan and organize industry related company events/conference.
• Maintain project history information, review and update project profile and resumes, craft and edit project descriptions as needed for submissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or 2 years of marketing experience. Preferred experience working in engineering firms.
• Experience using Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Proficiency in writing and editing (Preferred AP style), communication, and correspondence.
• Time management, attention to detail, creativity, and strong organizational skills are critical for a candidate’s success in this role.
• Work effectively and efficiently when it comes to meeting project deadlines under tight time constraints.
• Ability to multi-task, collaborate, self-motivate, and organize.

Preferred

• Experience with AI, automation, programming, or similar technologies is valued where relevant but is not required unless specifically identified elsewhere in the job description.
