Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Stay on top of brand culture, fandoms, entertainment, beauty, and social trends to identify timely partnership opportunities.
  • Research potential partners and communities, translating cultural insights into relevant collaboration and product concepts.
  • Support partnership briefs, proposals, presentations, product concepts, and go-to-market plans.
  • Partner with Product Development on product direction, shade development, samples, and approvals.
  • Work with Operations to track products against the approved concept, specifications, timelines, and launch requirements.
  • Partner with Finance and relevant teams to develop and monitor product margins
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals, and communications across partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on packaging, campaign assets, and activations across relevant channels, ensuring they reflect both the partner’s world and NYX brand culture.
  • Prepare partner materials, meeting notes, status updates, and post-launch reports.
  • Ensure work follows brand guidelines, approval processes, and applicable compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, product development, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in marketing, product development, or project coordination; beauty, entertainment, fashion, or lifestyle experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of fandoms, pop culture, and digital and social trends, with the ability to spot emerging opportunities.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills, with close attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with presentation; comfort working with product
