We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced early childhood professional to join our team as an Assistant Director.

As an Assistant Director at The Learning Experience, You Will:
- Support the Center Director in overseeing daily center operations and ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children, families, and staff.
- Lead by example, fostering a positive culture built on teamwork, professionalism, and excellence in early childhood education.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and retaining high-quality teaching staff.
- Help ensure compliance with all state licensing regulations, health and safety requirements, and company policies.
- Partner with teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and promote developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
- Build positive relationships with families through effective communication, tours, and enrollment support.
- Support administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, attendance tracking, enrollment management, and general office operations.
- Assist with community outreach and marketing initiatives to increase enrollment and strengthen community partnerships.

- Have at least 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood education setting.
- Have early childhood education experience (required).
- Hold an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing regulations and best practices in early childhood education.
- Possess excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Are passionate about supporting children, families, and educators in a high-quality learning environment.
