Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the Chief Growth Officer in advancing Bellevues growth strategy and related institutional priorities.
  • Help coordinate cross functional initiatives that require partnership across clinical, operational, administrative, financial, system, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare briefings, reports, presentations, talking points, meeting materials, and follow up documents for the Chief Growth Officer.
  • Track assignments, next steps, deadlines, and deliverables related to growth, strategy, partnerships, service line development, and special projects.
  • Support planning and execution of Bellevues growth strategy in coordination with the Chief Growth Officer and hospital leadership.
  • Assist with projects related to Bellevue 2030 priorities, including patient access, ambulatory growth, service line development, institutional visibility, partnerships, fundraising, patient experience, and long-term sustainability.
  • Support planning and coordination for major Bellevue 2030 growth priorities, including the Heart, Cancer, and Neuroscience Institutes, in partnership with clinical, operational, financial, and system leadership.
  • Assist with growth planning for priority service lines and institutional initiatives, and areas identified by the Chief Growth Officer.
  • Assist with business plans, service line plans, executive presentations, decision memos, implementation plans, and other planning documents for priority growth initiatives.
  • Help track selected strategic projects assigned by the Chief Growth Officer.

Requirements

  • Masters degree from an accredited college or university in Social Science, Hospital Administration, Public Administration, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Administrative Medicine in Public Health or a related discipline; and,
  • Two (2) years of planning, design and program development experience pertaining to the operation of a major segment or all of a hospital or health care setting including substantial exposure in meeting community health needs, health care planning, design and program implementation functions; one (1) year of which must have been in a responsible level administrative, supervisory or managerial experience in coordinating health care planning, design, development or public policy programs; or,
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Public Administration, Hospital Administration, Social Sciences, Management, Health Care Administration or a related discipline; and,
  • Three (3) years of experience as described in “2” above; two (2) years of which must have been in a responsible level of administrative, supervisory or managerial experience in coordinating health care planning, design, development and public policy programs.
