Responsibilities

• This position supports new student enrollment efforts through configuring and tracking communication campaigns with the Salesforce and TargetX environments.
• As a critical part of the role, this position builds on campus admissions events within Salesforce CRM and all supporting systems.
• This position supports the admissions teams by monitoring inquiry data, counselor territory data, and data imports.
• This will position will also serve as a backup for the director when the director is not able to refresh PeopleSoft data extractions.
• This position will interact with members of the admissions team, admissions operations, and members from the Marketing & Communications departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and experience with large administrative databases
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
• Recent and demonstrated experience with query writing and email communication (drip) campaigns
• Ability to work with multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in collaborative teams.
• Technical skills
• Demonstrated capacity to manage spreadsheets; this includes scripting in either Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience working directly with CRM
• Experience in building queries or programming in SQL and HTML
• Experience working with multi-faceted communication plans (preferably in higher education contexts)

Preferred

• Master’s degree or equivalent education and experience
• Familiarity with data analytics tools such as R, Python/Pandas
• Familiarity with version control concepts and tools (e.g. Git and GitLab)
• Familiarity with MS Power BI or similar BI products
• Familiarity with large administrative datasets such as PeopleSoft (with a focus on PS Campus Solutions)
