Job Summary

Own the resident-facing operations for a 112-unit Palmdale property, driving leasing, service, and admin accuracy with a focus on data quality and daily operations.

Lease and marketing: manage tours, applications, leases, and addenda with a customer-first mindset.
Operations and retention: handle rent collection, notices to vacate, events, and accurate data entry to support occupancy goals.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lease and market available apartments
Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects
Process applications, prepare leases, and review addenda with new residents
Handle rent collections and notices to vacate
Conduct property tours and inspections
Enter data accurately (leases, deposits, fees, etc.)
Assist in resident retention and community events
General office duties and support

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer and administrative skills
Must pass background and drug screening (we are a drug/alcohol-free workplace)
Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience: Property management: 2 years (Required)
Ability to commute Palmdale, CA 93550 (Required)

Preferred

Experience with Yardi Voyager is a huge plus!
