Responsibilities

• Skincare Product Development & Innovation - Support the development and launch of global skincare innovations, including concept development, claims, naming, and packaging execution.
• Skincare Product Development & Innovation - Partner closely with R&D and cross-functional teams to translate skincare science into consumer-relevant benefits and product stories.
• Skincare Product Development & Innovation - Manage assigned projects within the skincare innovation pipeline, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Portfolio & Business Support - Support management of the global skincare portfolio, including SKU maintenance, restage support, and lifecycle management.
• Portfolio & Business Support - Contribute to annual operating plans (AOP) and multi-year innovation pipeline planning with data-driven insights.
• Portfolio & Business Support - Conduct competitive analysis and trend research within the global beauty and skincare industry.
• Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration - Work cross-functionally with R&D, TechReg, Legal, Packaging, Supply Chain, Finance, Project Management, and Markets to ensure global readiness.
• Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration - Support global launch execution by coordinating inputs across functions and regions.
• Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration - Incorporate market and ABO insights into product development and execution plans.
• Launch & Go-To-Market Support - Support development of launch assets, product messaging, claims substantiation, and education materials.
• Launch & Go-To-Market Support - Help ensure skincare innovations enable ABOs to confidently recommend products and solutions to consumers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or skincare / beauty product development.
• Hands-on experience working in cross-functional environments (R&D, Packaging, TechReg, Supply Chain, Finance).

Preferred

• Experience in the beauty or skincare industry strongly preferred.
• Global or regional marketing experience preferred.
