Responsibilities

• Shoot short-form, performance, lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content
• Edit content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
• Shoot photography
• Color correct and color grade photo/video
• Assist with larger campaign and hero productions
• Review raw footage and identify strong moments for content
• Turn individual shoots into multiple usable assets
• Organize footage, project files and creative assets
• Assist with occasional light creative/admin work
• Collaborate with the artist, creative director and broader team

Requirements

• Has experience shooting and editing video
• Understands cameras, composition and basic lighting
• Can edit in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar
• Has photography experience
• Understands basic color correction/grading
• Has an eye for short-form and social content
• Owns a laptop capable of handling editing work
• Is organized and communicates well
• Can work independently and collaboratively
• Is genuinely interested in music, visual storytelling and artist development
