Own the in-store customer engagement and lead-qualification touchpoints with BJ’s members, turning quick conversations into booked home improvement consultations.

  • Greet members and introduce services to spark interest
  • Schedule free in-home consultations and guide QR or scheduling flow
  • Educate on roofing, siding, windows, and decking to drive qualified leads

Responsibilities

  • Greet BJ's members and introduce our home improvement services
  • Schedule free in-home consultations for homeowners
  • Educate customers about roofing, siding, windows, and decking
  • Represent Rock Solid Construction with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Help customers scan a QR code or schedule appointments directly

Requirements

  • No construction experience is required—we provide all the training.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Comfortable starting conversations with customers
  • Positive attitude and dependable attendance
  • Reliable transportation

Preferred

  • Sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus—but not required
