Own post‑launch marketing and applications programs by leading a technical-support team and coordinating marketing development, with a strong emphasis on translating design and service information into market-ready strategies and launches.

  • Own product strategy, promotional planning, and launch activities aligned with target markets and customer needs.
  • Manage and develop the marketing and applications team to support sales and customers after release.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Marketing & Applications Manager who is responsible for managing the technical support staff who, in turn, support the company’s sales staff and customers after product release, and for directing the development of company marketing programs.
  • You will provide, present and interpret design, application and service information, assess existing and potential markets, coordinate technical product development, develop product strategies, define promotional activities and product launch, and ensure product specifications and applications are usable by a specific customer and explore the business feasibility of general marketing.
  • You will also ensure the application/solution is functioning according to specifications, establish and maintain lines of communication with systems and design engineering on issues such as design considerations for product reliability, and be involved in the development of company market requirements for specific product(s) or product line(s).
  • This is an exciting people‑manager position.

Requirements

  • Minimum education (i.e., bachelor's degree in electrical engineering)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience.

  • Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem‑solving skills
