- Client & Team Leadership: Own the analytics narrative with stakeholders and mentor junior analysts to ensure high quality deliverables.
- Data Integrity & Tools: Oversee GA4, GTM, and BI dashboards to ensure accurate data collection and scalable insights.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- The Analytics Manager leads the development and execution of measurement strategies that drive smarter marketing decisions and improved campaign performance.
- This role is responsible for translating complex data into strategic insights, guiding analytics best practices, and ensuring accurate and scalable measurement across digital channels.
- As a key partner to media, strategy, and creative teams, the Analytics Manager provides leadership in data-driven decision-making while mentoring analysts and ensuring high-quality deliverables across projects.
- Lead the development of measurement strategies and frameworks aligned with client and business goals.
- Oversee and guide tracking implementations across platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager GTM, and related tools to ensure accurate and scalable data collection.
- Direct the design and evolution of dashboards and reporting solutions using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI to ensure insights are clear and actionable.
- Analyze cross channel marketing performance including paid media, organic, email, and web to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization strategies.
- Translate complex data into strategic recommendations that influence campaign direction, audience targeting, and overall return on investment.
- Own the development and delivery of client-ready analyses, reports, and presentations that clearly communicate performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Serve as a primary client-facing point of contact for analytics, presenting findings and providing strategic guidance to stakeholders.
