Job Description

  • Be knowledgeable about client spaces and specific industries that KRC serves, including familiarity with market trends and consumer behaviors.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in primary qualitative and quantitative market research, with a proven track record of directing high-performing teams and delivering impactful insights.
  • Ability to moderate focus groups, conduct in-depth interviews (IDIs), and run non-traditional qualitative approaches (ethnography, bulletin boards, etc.).

  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and visualize complex data, using tools like SPSS, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to interpret data and read between the lines—connecting the dots between data points and “bigger picture”—rather than simply “reporting the numbers.”
  • Ability to write clear, concise, accurate, and actionable memos and briefs that translate insights for client decision makers, communicators, and other non-research audiences.
  • Brings critical thought to the analysis stage of reporting so KRC always delivers highly relevant insights and breakthrough ideas – through visually striking reports.
