Job Summary

Own the analytics lifecycle for campaign data, turning dashboards and KPIs into actionable signals that guide media decisions.

Own reporting infrastructure: build and maintain dashboards across analytics platforms and measurement tools.
Own KPI tracking and cross-channel outcomes to inform media planning.
Present actionable insights to teams and clients and mentor peers on data processes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret campaign data to deliver clear, actionable insights
Build and maintain reports through analytics and measurement platforms
Track KPIs, performance benchmarks, and campaign outcomes across media channels
Present findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and improve analytics workflows
Mentor and support on data processes and best practices

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, data science, marketing, or a related field;
1+ years of experience in a quantitative or data analytics role; advertising agency experience preferred
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and storytelling skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, familiarity with SQL and database concepts
Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, Innovid, or Meta Ads Manager
Exposure to SAS, SPSS, R, or similar statistical software
Strong communicator (written and verbal)
Flexible and adaptable in fast-moving environments
Proactive problem-solver with sharp critical thinking
Breaks down complex ideas into simple, actionable takeaways

MS/MBA a plus
